Red bmw z1 - Wessex way Bournemouth

This afternoon a red BMW z1 driving like an absolute tit on the Wessex way (Bournemouth bound), I know how frustrating outside lane hoggers are but dangerous undertaking not appreciated in busy two lane traffic
