Not keen on the Z4MC...

Post by John Boy »

As much as I like the pictures I have seen of the Z4MC, I have not really been blown away by the looks.................................until last weekend.

On the way home on Sunday I saw a Black Z4MC on the M42 and in the metal it was fantastic! It really had that “wow” factor, so much so that I can even forgive it for not having a folding roof.

So, praise where praise is due, the Z4MC is a Gorgeous looking car. 8-)

Good looking car indeed but visually a rival for the 3MC?? In my opinion, No way.

But heh, everyone likes different things.......otherwise we'd all be driving around in the same car.

Could get a bit crowded in there....

I don't particularly like the lines of the Z4 roadster, nor would I want a fun car that didn't have a drop-top, BUT the Z4///MC is an absolute stunna! I love it. I'd have one tomorrow if I had somewhere to keep it. (nothing to do with money, of course!) But I'd have to have a roadster as well.... :D

The Z4MR is a nice car but the Z4MC is the one I would have.........If the S54 Z3MR were to go which is highly unlikely

Like I said, I liked the Pics I have seen and when I've seen it in the showroom, but at no point have I thought "wow", until I saw that one on Sunday!

Were you not in the Zed then? (Pic 3 would appear to be a 3 Series)

I too think the Z4MC is a lovely car. I have only ever seen one in black for real.

I am not over keen on the Z4 roadster. Too modern and blokish looking for my personal taste.
The Coupe is curvier and sexier.

Only looks good in black with smoked windows IMO

Otherwise, just not agressive enough - unlike the Z3MC

I'd still give my right arm to have one though :D

The Z3///MC in Estoril is one of my favourite looking cars. The Z4///MC is not, but still is an eye catching piece of kit. No doubt with several more years of technical evolution & prowess behind it, it also handles & drives better than the Z3///MC. So for anyone lucky enough to be in the driving seat it's the one to have I guess.
Am I right there Giles ?

Why the Why ?
I went into quote mode by mistake instead of edit, so created the 4:03 pm post I didn't mean to. There used to be a 'x' next to the edit tab to click on to delete unintentional posts as I recall.

The more I see it the more I love it, rear three quarter angle is the best view.

Hi guys, new to the forum. Is it expensive to fit the CSL wheels? Am I best off getting them new from a dealer?? Will they fit the 3.0si sport??

Start with the last, as it negates the other questions. No, they will not fit a 3.0si.

You would have to get replicas for the 3.0.
