Auto dimming rear view mirror question / problem

Post by Haggispeed »

Before you all start complaining I did try to post this question in the Z4 knowledgebase but it only allows mods to post.
I seem to have developed a problem with my 2 yr old coupe, the left hand door mirror no longer seems to auto dim, RH and interior are OK. I have found that the auto diming seems to be active once your lights are on rather than all the time, guess it depends on available light hitting the sensor on the back of the mirror compared to the front ? So anyone had similar problems ?
