I should be getting this 102.000mls 2.8 sometime this week for just under £3200, its my first Z3 and also my first private sale car.
it'll be big change from the 1.6 focus titanium, one thing i may change is one of the previous owners (of 6) has put alpina side vent badges unsure if i like em yet.

Looks like a very nice well spec'd 2.8 you have there a good catch I would say although I agree with you regarding the Alpina badges as they didn't fettle any Z3's as far as I am aware so I would look at swapping them back at some point. Before you do that though get out and enjoy driving it as that is what they are really good at. :D

Welcome to the forum!

Great colour scheme the green and tan leather always makes me think of Blighty! Have fun with it but be aware they can be a bit ar** happy! I went from a 1.6 mini cooper (also FWD) you can deffo notice the difference in driving style! ...not saying that when it has happened it hasn't put a MASSIVE grin on my face...

Regards,

Dave

thanks for all the welcome's, its a lovely feeling hearing the 2.8 engine note 8-) . however yesterday morning i did some thing really stupid by lowering the elec hood (original hood ) and split the rear window
patched it up with clear vinyl tape at the moment, new window soon.

OMG, thats not good when you have only just recently got it too. How did it happen, i thought it was only the cold which split them. There are a few good threads on here on how to replace them.

Best engine you have too, i love the sound of mine, could listen to that tone all day :D
