New to me z3
Hi all, got myself a z3 at last, decided i wanted a black 6cyl car, but ended up buying a boston green 1.9, absolutely love it, even her indoors has took a shine to it, it has faults, but i am working through them, and it is being used everyday at the moment, so far finding it is an easy car to work on, ive had bmw bikes for years, still got an r1150gs, and am well pleased i got the z3.

Hi and welcome - the 1.9s probably are a bit easier to work on with a bit more wriggle room around the engine bay.

Welcome from sunny New Norfolk Tasmania Australia. Well, NN anyway, not so sunny these days!
When I first got my Zed I was a bit worried I made a mistake.... but I am loving it more each day and the list of jobs to be done is getting smaller which adds to the enjoyment as well.

Nothing wrong with the 1.9 having lots of fun with mine, done Cadwell trckday and a couple of cruisers kept up most of the time.
Loved my car from day 1 Now since sorting out the handling love it even more.
Welcome to the forum but be careful it can be addictive

Re: New to me z3
thank you all for your replies, a meet sounds good, probably get me droolin over shinier z3,s. i fully agree on the addiction the z3 causes, a workmate who took the mickey when i first turned up in mine, had a drive, and now wants one, he who laughs last hey. ive allways judged my motorbikes on grin factor, and must say the z3 gives me that grin factor,
