Newbie Z3 Owner

Post by bluedaxcobra »

Hi there

A brand new member in Eastwood , Notts

Well to be fair it's the wife's new baby which is a 2000 Z3 3.0

I just have to look after it although rather than dig into her purse for parts bought a personal plate!!!

The car is in Topaz blue and came with a hardtop and is in great condition.

Have started to overhaul it treating bit to new brakes, suspension and 17" BBS split rims for starters.

I used to have a Z4 a few years ago but now bought myself an F Type as a retirement present.

It puts a smile on an old mans face and so does the Z3

Hi & welcome. A 3.0 litre with a hard-top sounds like a very nice car. Renovation of brakes and suspension sounds a good place to start on these cars. You'll notice a big improvement simply by replacing 15-year old shocks :)
