Hi,
I had the same problem and Nero was kind enough to provide this info.
You will need to open an account with flickr or a similar website, then the following. This is simple and it works.

I use the following for posting pics ....

You will need to get a Flickr account, but it is free
http://www.flickr.com/

On Flickr

1. Go to Upload Photo’s page
2. Click the browse button
3. select the picture you want to upload
4. repeat for photos 2,3,4,5,6
5. add tags – e.g Z4um, Highlander2, BMW [allows people to search Flickr]
6. make sure privacy setting is set to public otherwise no-one else will be able to see them
7. press upload
8. wait for pic to upload
9. add a description – if required
10. press save
11. click on your new photo
12. click on “all sizes” {toolbar above the picture}
13. scrool down the page till you see “Grab the photo's URL:”
14. right click on the URL and select copy
{one of mine is http://static.flickr.com/45/142967074_4bf534483a_o.jpg}
15. now goto Z4um

On ZRoadster

1. reply to the post
2. press the img button(see will now see [img] in your reply)
3. press the Ctrl and V keys together (this pastes the URL into the reply)
4. press the img button(see will now see [/img] in your reply)
5. repeat for each image you want to post and add your text (press enter twice after each image to seperate them on the page.
6. preview post to check correct images are shown
7. submit your post

Your image URL looks wrong. It is normally static.flickr.com - not sure where the m1.static came from on the end. So you need to write:

http://static.flickr.com/145/371932862_a8f37598a5.jpg

Between the img tags. This works thus:

Image

For your security, you may wish to hide your number plate when displaying images online. If you delete the images from your flickr account they will disappear from here - the zroadster site does not keep a copy. This is good because you can get rid of images if you make a mistake - but you need to leave them in your flickr account for as long as you wish people to be able to view them.

Cheers R.

PS For those of you wondering why you see text instead of a broken image icon - the BBCode img tag in square brackets only works with known image file extensions like ".jpg". If you have other file extensions, then you need to use an HTML tag instead. If you don't know what I'm talking about, then you don't need to know!

I like the front view.

That was the first view of a Z I had, one pulled up behind me and. that's that I saw in my rear view mirror. Sweet!

The easiest way I find for reducing an image size is to email it to yourself. Windows then asks if you would like to make the file smaller. Say yes and thats it.

Posting them on photobucket automatically reduces their size to fit a 17" monitor (resolution 1024x768) no matter how large they are to start with.
