Welcome it's a lot of car for the money well done. One of the joys of the Z3 is there are plenty of proven relatively cheap mods to suit all tastes both cosmetic and performance or you can leave stock.

thanks
yes i could see me improving upon standard over the coming year

the wheels i like ,but maybe i 'd strip out the caramac interior for a black one
but i also like the newer style with the contrast colour to the front of the seat between your legs , i'd like to replace all the bushes with firmer ones, and the little bushes on the seat , mine have the 100k wear syndrome
and the tyres are quite new but i love toyo proxes the tread pattern works for me so one day in about 10k when these wear out i'd deffo swap
i'd like a hood tidy for when its down
......and i know im gonna get flamed but i like me toons so id love a sub in the boot!!
watch this space , but first its a daily driver so let see if i can get thru winter without totaling it lol!

Boots' too small for a sub, but search on here for ingenious sub boxes in the rear storage box and another in the passenger foot well! 8-)

As i said earlier, there is lot of information on the forum, so before you commit to a mod, look at what everyone else has done, the good, the bad, and the ugly the information on what worked and did not work is on here.

A good tip is to search in google by typing:

Site:zroadster.net <subject>

You will get all posts with that subject, and you can then read away..........

Hope it helps, I have the 1.9 as well, and have been down a few blind alleys, so just give me a shout when you start the modding..........

cheers fellow zedders

boot too small for sub?
is that a sonic statement or a physical size statement?

i made my last one custom built to fit the boot of my xsara estate , stop laughing at the back, then chopped it to fit .... my punto, my fiesta, my 206 and its now snug in my daughters 206

if its a space issue , my zed will never have anything in the boot...ever
well i think i may need a couple of bags of sand this winter but thats a question for another day
if its a question of sonics well i cant see the boot being any worse than the cubby hole behind the seats or the footwell??
i will be scanning all the posts on this subject

thanks again, bed calling

Its a sonic statement, you just will not get the benefit with the top down............i tried it, and have now gone for the slim active sub behind the seat..........lots of threads on the benefits, and also some really good foot well subs.
