Bought this yesterday, my first z3, 19" wheels are too big, look good, but too big.....!

Nice buy Rob, larger wheels do look great on the Zeds not sure what they do for the handling though?

You seem to have a mark or something underneath the 2.2i sticker! I'm sure it will just come off though  (before the ///M police come and get you  …... he he)

Handles really well but tends to follow any ruts on the road........

That is probably the tyres . I have 19s on mine with no tramlining. All zeds are very particular to tyre choice which can cause/cure tramlining.

Looks very good, well done to find one that nice.
Don't worry too much about the wheel size just yet and get some miles on it to get used to it. If you've come from 'normal' cars the feedback and manners can be a suprise, it was for me after a few years of family buses and mine was already very well sorted at the time of purchase. Some call it character!
What suspension is it running?

Thanks dino, I had a classic mini for 15 years, I know all about character.....! Suspension is standard as far as I know.

This must feel like a limo in comparison, the wheels alone must be taller than the bonnet if a classic mini!

I've just replaced my 19" wheels and gone back to 17" OEM's and I've fallen in love with Trojan all over again :)
He drives so much better - just like a mini :D precise and "on the road"

Nice car. I have a titanium silver Z also.

To aid with the trammeling I was told to get 95 M3 strut hats. It will add caster and take care of the trammeling. I have purchased the strut hats. I need to purchase struts, then I will put the M strut hats on.
