Deleting PMs

Post by johnz3 »

I am trying to send a pm and it is stuck in my outbox. I see that I am 98% full in my inbox and 100% full in my outbox. Looking to delete old pms but cannot see how. Any advice please. Thanks

Tick the ones you want to delete then at the bottom of the page is a drop down box, I think it says mark/unmarked. Click on that and choose delete. And then click 'go' you'll be asked if you want to delete them, click yes! Voila :D

Brilliant. Just done. Still got a message in the outbox but will hopefully go off now. Thanks again.

That's because the person you have sent it to has not yet opened it, when they do it will go.

Hi. Had an email stuck in outbook all morning. Got plenty of % left in inbox and sent box. Any ideas please.

Tried a few times. Just stuck in outbox. Turned the tablet on and off a few times as well.
