Don't get too excited boys. Not much use without the fittings, whatever the colour!

Nope!
What fittings?
Does the standard car not have the two sockets for the rear clamps?

No the hardtop fittings come with the hardtop and the standard car will not take the hardtop without them. The fittings are no longer available so it is important not to buy without the mounting sockets etc.

Weissman still produce these hardtops, but you cannot buy the fitments? what if they break or you lose them, you have to buy a new hardtop?
Thats either clever marketing or crap after sales service.

Jet
I apologise if I am wrong. I am only repeating what I was told on the Wiesmann stand at a German auto show.
