Hi Bruno,

congratulation, but these lights must be much more cheaper, because the original look of BMW Z1 is gone... There is no Z1 like pattern in the glass andf it looks not even similar to the original - sorry, but for my taste it looks like a cheap OEM tuning part and so it's far far away from a remake of the "Limited White Edition".

The "Limited-White-Edition" has the pattern and looks like an original BMW Z1 rear light with white signal light.

BTW: is it possible to get the original rear lights without modification for 400 Euros from you? If so, please let me know!

Hi Jet,

boahhh these lights are making eye cancer... :D :D :D

Comparing the structure of Brunos and these white glasses, I would say YES, it'S the same... Maybe the material is from a DIY-market and usually used for ashower enclosure or something like that. :D :D :D

Have a nice day

Congratulations Bruno, very nice upgrade. Good solution for that price! I agree with Stoertie that it doesn't look as good as the original White rear lights but for your price nobody should complain about this!

Again very nice action, Bruno :thumb:

Hey, so what if the original white edition lights were better Stoertie? You can't get the bloody things any more so they are about as relevant and useful (to those of us who don't have them) as a chocolate fireguard.

Personally, I'm impressed that Bruno has managed to do this and whilst his don't look as OEM as yours, they still look pretty good to me, and anything is an improvement on the original orange bits.

Also if you pay via PayPal as a gift should have no charges :)

I will help Bruno a little as his partner in crime.
This was a German/Dutch/French connection.
Volker knew the company, I was the liason officer and Bruno did all the work :D

It is the red white set he is talking about and yes you should sent in your original set. The orange part will be removed and a new white part will be glueded on.

I can compare both sets now because I had the first set even before Bruno :D

They are not as well done as the original red/white from Michael and the design of the white part is not as nice as Michaels set but for that price they are just fine even for a perfectionist as myself.
Do pack them good and look out when removing and fitting them. The lights are very fragile

If you have any doubts please don't order them, they have to stay a little bit rare :D

Here as a second preview a little pic from my hamann with the lights.

Looks great Pierre!

Nice German/Dutch/French corperation. Don't produce to much of these please. Let's keep it a little bit exclusiv! :D :D :D

Okay all you boys out there not excuse anymore to not buy them. Thanks on behalf of all the individualist, Pierre, Volker and Bruno. 8-)

I shall be passing through Reims by car en route to the South of France on Wednesday next week. If I dropped by, would you have a new set of the rear lights available for me to collect (in exchange for a wad of euros)?

If anybody in the UK is thinking of sending there lights off to me modified, is there any chance I can swap the passengers light with mine and ill pay for postage via DHL to Bruno in France.

My light has a slight buffer burn on the yellow indicator lens since I have had the car, and would be nice to swap it out.

Cheers in advance

Rear & Front Sets

Post by Bruno »

Hi Guys,

This is time to use our Z1 on road again…. oh !!
I had to plug 2 orange lights and now everything is ok !! It’s amazing
But now my white front lights are ok, but I’m looking for a new white front set so if someone sell a “white front set” with 4 “white screws” I’m interested, because my 4 screws are broken and my front set is little bit striped and damaged, it’s happened when I removed the orange paint or varnish !! I would like to have a set really clean !! You understand what I mean !!
So for my last White Edition Rear Light, I could make a good deal with the person who could have a white front set very clean !!

It didn't. I was not prepared to pay that kind of money without the chance to see the actual lights first, which apparently wasn't possible.

So I decided regretfully to stay with the retro orange look.

White Rear Light

Post by Bruno »

Hi,

I have a last set for sale but this one is little bit striped on the red part !!
So my supplier can remove the old red part striped and repair with a cristal new one (click on the link) !!
He have to put on it a red vanish and to make that on right & left rear lights and the price is 350 + 75 (vanish) = 425 Euros !!

http://i885.photobucket.com/albums/ac56 ... ristal.jpg

My sypplier could make a White Rear Light from my set and let the turn-signal part in white !!
I think it will look very nice !!

Price (including set +repairing + white conversion) = 750€
