Z1 Tour 2011
Hi RT, indeed Jamal is correct I have many cables if you need any. Do you have a memory card in yout TT? if yes just pull it out and stick it into a card reader and copy the file over. Most laptops now come with a a SD cards reader built in.Jetski wrote:Talk to MrT, that man has more cables than a Terminator.Racing Tortoise wrote:I wouldn't have the first clue how to do that. My TomTom has assuredly never been anywhere near a computer and, so far as I am aware, I don't have any cables or whatnot that would help to link it to a computer.spokey wrote:If you have a TomTom, you will need to copy the .ITN files into the /itn directory on the TomTom and then go into Itinerary Planning and Load the relevant Route.

Err...dunno - will need to check.
"My" TomTom is not actually mine. A friend lent it to me a year ago after mine got nicked and has yet to get around to wanting it back since apparently he never uses it. Then again, neither do I as usually if I don't know where I'm going I'll take the other car which has built-in nav.
Interestingly, the husband of one of our PAs was recounting to her the other day about having encountered a friendly chap in a funky black BMW roadster with disappearing doors in Soho and she immediately thought he'd met me (she smokes down by the office garage and has seen my Z1 many times, and is consequently a fan).
It wasn't me, however, from his description of the driver, I'd say it might have been you Terry - was it? Ring any bells?

Nope. Just a USB cable. but if it's a really old or odd TT, then you might not have this.Racing Tortoise wrote:Don't you need a disc or something as well? I fear it is something I will have to live without.

Hi Jamal,
Looks like the wife's first two choices were OK
I will have the Chicken Liver Parfait and then chicken for my main.
then one Chocolate truffle torte and one white chocolate and Champers torte from the toute chocolat menu
Just caught me in time.
I too should marinade you in beer for your efforts.
Cheers George

Speaking of clean, my editor is expecting some fantastic shots from the day for the July publication of Str8 6, so I will be poking my lens where it is not wanted and asking to move cars into position for some dramatic shots if the weather permits, so no complaining (Mr T), be warned.
