I wouldn't have the first clue how to do that. My TomTom has assuredly never been anywhere near a computer and, so far as I am aware, I don't have any cables or whatnot that would help to link it to a computer.
Talk to MrT, that man has more cables than a Terminator.
Hi RT, indeed Jamal is correct I have many cables if you need any. Do you have a memory card in yout TT? if yes just pull it out and stick it into a card reader and copy the file over. Most laptops now come with a a SD cards reader built in.

Err...dunno - will need to check.

"My" TomTom is not actually mine. A friend lent it to me a year ago after mine got nicked and has yet to get around to wanting it back since apparently he never uses it. Then again, neither do I as usually if I don't know where I'm going I'll take the other car which has built-in nav.

Interestingly, the husband of one of our PAs was recounting to her the other day about having encountered a friendly chap in a funky black BMW roadster with disappearing doors in Soho and she immediately thought he'd met me (she smokes down by the office garage and has seen my Z1 many times, and is consequently a fan).

It wasn't me, however, from his description of the driver, I'd say it might have been you Terry - was it? Ring any bells?

Nope. Just a USB cable. but if it's a really old or odd TT, then you might not have this.

.. so which Z1 driver is going to admit to cruising in Soho ?

The attached link provides a clue to the some of the activities in Soho ... worth watching while you ponder the menu.

Warning; old people, children, ex royal marines, Mel Gibson fans, Jocks, Italians and the French may be offended.

This is more complicated, can you list in the same format as everyone else, put all the couples together so the hotel know who is who and where they are sitting and use the names we recognise, Volker + Inge, Jurgen + Linau, Michael etc

Despite being unable to attend for personal reasons, a back problem that has cursed several people I know, I just want to acknowledge the amount of effort this man has put into organising the route on our behalf, he is taking a day off work to run the route on wednesday, all on his time and expense.

Ace Cafe is a little too out of my way for an early Saturday start, so this Londoner will see you at Chieveley Services.

All is well. Saturday lunch will be at the Penny Farthing, Aston Crews.
If I can place a pre-order on Friday, we will get served more quickly.

Thanks!

Looking forward to meeting you all on Saturday at Chieveley, bright and early.

Chris

Friends are like knickers. Some crawl up your arse. Some don't have the strength to hold you up.Some get a little twisted. Some are your favorite. Some are holey. Some are cheap and just plain nasty. And some actually do cover your arse when u need them to.Image

All is well.
Excellent news, well done chaps. Not sure about lunch, I might stick with tradition and use the time wisely to clean my wheels.

Speaking of clean, my editor is expecting some fantastic shots from the day for the July publication of Str8 6, so I will be poking my lens where it is not wanted and asking to move cars into position for some dramatic shots if the weather permits, so no complaining (Mr T), be warned.

A little too late im afraid, I needed this by the deadline, the hotel will choose something nice for you. It may be the turkey, but it could also be roadkill.
