OMG that’s just criminal :? I’m still shocked about the price they sold for :head: :head: I would have paid double that + :( I wouldn’t mind but freaking £62 for not 1 wheel but a full set, I think im going to cry :bawl: lol

I was only looking to see if Senna sold his set for £750 and came across them

If anybody else finds a set of wheels please let me know, as I would like an original set to stick in the loft

Guys I hate to be the bearer of bad news but I will give you one guess who bought them and it wasn't me :head:

Funny enough these are worth more as scrap £16 per wheel is paid by scrap metal dealers!

5 studs gives you a wider choice at a fraction of the cost, pay now save later

LOL, no Jetski i’m not going to get into the whole wheel discussion again! I think a lot of forum members are still recovering from my last discussion :D

I don’t want to talk about wheels no more, especially after missing that bargain and after the wife coming home last night saying she kerbed my new M6 rep alloy on the 3 series  Wouldn’t mind so much if it was just a small scratch but it goes half way round the freaking rim :bawl: She will never be driving my Z and I wouldn’t even let her move it off the drive

LMFAO, rub it in why don’t you Apollo. Never mind the £16 scrap, the caps alone are worth £16+ each :bawl:

Hey guys

Post by benslick »

Trying to decide what wheels to put on my 5 series, don't much like the M wheels my car comes with!

What a bargain, people don't seem to pay much for Z1 stuff in the UK. I think German EBay is best for selling Z1 parts...

I wonder if the buyer would let me have them for a fair price?

If it's just a Winter car like my 3 series then how about some rep AC's

Indeed. Although, if it was me and I wanted them, I wouldn't be drawing attention to them on the one place where there might be a number of other people interested! Or at least not until I'd bagged them for a decent price!

Are the centre caps hard to get hold of?

But the least amount of people that know the better for the buyer :D one bonus is there’s no International postage or none of us would stand a chance at getting them for a reasonable price

If I could spell hypocrisy then I would.

I posted so that all the Z1 community would have a chance.

If I kept it secret then I would be yellow

No cloak and dagger stuff here. I have a price I am willing to pay, and not willing to go above.

Any way back to my Jury service. Sorry I won't be coming to the tour. Have fun guys

Tyres are a bit narrow (not OEM) but should be fine for a few thousand miles

How can you miss an auction? Just get a sniper account and set your max. I was in Southend with the kids when the auction finished and left the sniper do the bidding :D

I’ve gone from no original wheels to 2 sets in a month lol :D

Anyway if anybody needs just a single wheel I will consider splitting the 1st set of wheels I won if there are 2+ takers. They will need a full refurb and have no centre caps but I’m not looking for a profit from forum members and UK postage will be £10 via DHL.

I will also send to the rest of Europe.

Deal, I could get double what I paid you, for one of these on the Antiques roadshow and buy 2 TomToms. A spare in case one breaks, which it will if I buy them from you. hahaha
