Hello everyone

I need a new windscreen for my Z1. the local dealer here in Bahrain has quoted the equivalent of GBP800.

Is there a cheaper option in UK or even Europe?

Hi John,
Does your insurance not cover windscreen replacement in Bahrain? As we have windscreen cover in UK with a small excess charge

I have never heard of a copy windscreen for these cars, having said that I would be uncomfortable with anything but original in this case.

Hi John,
I have just ordered parts from BMW UK, and asked the price of your screen, it is £602.15 Inc VAT in UK and they ship it from Germany to UK.
Your only problem is if they will ship it to you, and the cost and the worry of it getting damaged in transit
