Looks like a good time was had by all.

Sadly I couldn't make this event :bawl: (clashed with a weeks holday) otherwise I'd have been there, as the last one was very informative.

New wing being fitted and sprayed on my own car at the moment, will post details and hopefully recommendations soon.

Great pics thanks for posting Jet :thumb:

You were missed Genie.

New wing? What side? What was wrong with the old one?

Not a lot really ... this wing could easily have been repaired. Two of the torx bolt screw holes had just started to crack, only a very small amount and I'd stopped that with Michaels repair strips.

But at the bottom of the wing the car must have been in a very minor parking incident, (bollard or something) prior to me owning it (11 years) as it had been repaired and done well, but the small amount of damage which had been filled had opened up again, so I decided to get a new wing whilst they were still available.

BTW: it was the front L/H side (drivers side) wing. I'll probably keep it as a spare.

What does it cost these days for a new wing + spraying and fitted?

To save further highjacking this topic "fotoz" I'll start a new thread with costs and possible recommendations as and when I get the car back, hopefully this week.
