Think it's done a bit more than that Pat...

This is from the second link.

Description

Very unique AC Schnitzer BMW Z1! 1 out of 10 original tuned Z1 by AC Schnitzer, of which only 7 are left! These Z1 is 19/02/1991 produced and 25/02/1991 delivered to Schnitzer in Freilassing.
Performed in original Traumschwarz metallic (278) and dark grey leather interior. Both exterior & Interior as technical in good condition!

In 1997 and at 20,984 KM exported to England and provided with a mile counter by the BMW-dealer Sytner in Nottingham. Between 1997 and 2011 has the Schnitzer driven a total of 62,775 Miles (101,024 KM). In 2011, the Z1 was again equipped with a KM counter on import in the Netherlands. Total mileage (in km) 133,738. Full mileage history is verifiable!
Extensive documentation including maintenance booklets, invoices, English MOT reports and a signature of the dutch Z1 designer Harm Lagaay is present!

Altogether there are only 10 Z1's originally AC Schnitzer tuned, this makes them very exclusive and are rarely offered for sale. This is a unique opportunity to become the owner of such a unique and exclusive Z1 which only a few are remaining, that makes this BMW very interesting as investment!

To be fair, nubuck/camo seats look awful on most cars if you don't clean them once in a while, regardless of mileage, it doesn't take much for them to look haggard. Other than that, car seems well kept, expansion tank surprisingly clean.

£70k however......?
