BMW Z3 CD autochanger jammed

Help!
My changers, jammed/stuck or something, CD error warning on the display, i cannot get the CD casette out. All fuses seem ok.
Anyone know how to release the cassette? it might be a CD out of line?
Standard BMW player and changer. Any help greatly apprciated, first problem ive ever had after 3 years of great motoring! :(

Push a credit card / driving licence beneath the casette and it should manually eject. Check to see if one of the CD's is jammed in the unit!

When you get the casette out take out all the cds bar one,replace the cassette and select the one you have left in.This worked when i had the same problem,the jammed cd poped into a vacant slot.
