Hi Richard,

It was the anual show hosted by NI BMW at Carrick Castle. See www.ni-bmw.co.uk for details of other events etc.

Cheers

Agh the luck of of the Irish!

Can't think of anyone who deserves to come 1st place more than you and Hamish.
Congratulations Conor! :thumb:

And as for you Mairead, glad that you're home now from hospital :bounce:
as part of your convalescing maybe you could look at planning another cruise for 2010 for the rowdy ones from over the water  but maybe for a few extra days though this time. :thumb:

Thanks for the kind words guys. Had a really good day out today despite the awful wet weather. Sods law it brightened up when the event was over. In celebration, I drove straight to Halfords afterwards and treated Hamish to a new set of Alpine speakers. Now fitted in his footwells thanks to my mate and fellow forum member, Andrew. Cheers A!

I think Hamish only took Conor along to hold the trophy ("might scratch my bonnet - I will let him hold it for me"). Hope he doesn't blow a gasket with his big head now. Congrats and best of health to you all from here on. :wave :sunny

Thanks Sam, and he wasn't even polished or waxed beforehand due to bad weather and a hectic schedule of late.
