Hi
Are the pipes on the right side cosmetic only as there is no backbox? if so how have you secured them?

Hello - no they are not just cosmetic.

There is a second pipe that runs from the back of the backbox with a pipe that had to be shaped underneath the car and then connected to the outlet. To have this set-up the spare wheel + bracket have to be removed.

As it's all 'one off' brackets were made (rubber mounted for flex) and welded to appropriate mounting areas under the car. I will take some more shots from under the car to show you better.

I realy like it. Iv been wanting to do this to my 2.8 since I brought it. What does it sound like? Is it the standard bumper with a cut out? Where did you get it done and how much? I'm realy liking this !!!

*please quote my name (Adam Hicks - Silver Z3 2.8) when you call so you get this price*

£500 fitted including everything.

It sounds awesome, I went for the 'mid sport' backbox which gives a lovely roar but not to loud so you can use the car everyday without your ears bleeding!

Cheers,

Adam

I really like it, I had previously planned something similar for mine, but with two sets of the ACS tips... I got the extra tips but bottled it when I thought about cutting away at the Aero rear bumper!

Looks like they did a great job 8-)

Do you feel lucky? I hope you don't have a puncture, or at least have your tyres treated with Puncturesafe.
