This come's in at around 80mph and stays, how annoying is it? Bloudy thats
how .............

It seems to eminating from around the middle of the dash area.
Banging and proding and holding things wont stop it.
Help me please it is doing my head in ..........

Could it be wind noise eminating from the heater/aircon vents on the dashboard, maybe a leaf or similar caught in the vent grill.
You would presume if it was mechanical it would also sound in the lower gears. Or if it is the diff it would be a lower tone. Good hunting.
