rubber door seal

I have noticed my drivers side rubber seal has some small wear holes in it,is there away of repairing this or does it need replaceing totaly,if so any ideas how hard this would be,and how much,i am worried it will let water in,the holes are on the top, of the bottom sil seal.any advise would be really helpful.thanks pete

The door seal is supposed to have holes on the lower edge next to the sill as water is intended to drain from the top of the windscreen down the door seal and out at the lowest point.
Are these the holes you are concerned about or as you state they are on the top of the seal,are they really wear?

i did both doors on the zm,brought them from bmw,cant remember the price,but easy off and easy on job
