Will shocks and springs from a Z3M fit my 1999 2.0 Z3?

They will fit but ride height might not be right.

As above; the rear will probably be fine but the front may be a little high due to the much lighter 2.0 engine. You can't use your 2.0 front springs as the M strut is smaller diameter to allow more castor with the M top mounts (which will only fit with the M strut (non-M strut will rub the suspension turret)).

However - at a guess - maybe some front M lowering springs may work and give a ride height not too far off "normal" due to the lighter engine! One thing worth fitting are the M front top mounts though.

Isn't the ARB connection different on the M struts too ?
