Where to get leather repair kit for walnut leater

Post by Z3C »

Hi,

Can anyone recommend me a webshop where I can by a leater repair kig for my walnut interior. I need particularly something to restore the color with.

I just love the color (IMO best color for a Z coupe) so I'd like to get a quality product. Also I'm obviously not going to find the right color&shade in a local store.

Which products are you using?

Here you go;

http://www.furnitureclinic.co.uk/Leathe ... ration.php

http://www.liquidleather.com/

Both are very good and if they don't have your leather colour available off the shelf you can provide a small sample for which they will match it for you.

I'm looking at using a restorer and assorted gubbins from a German company called 'Leder Pledge' or something similar, there have been some posts in the Beauty Parlour section recently about it, with linkys to their website... They take emails in English and reply in English with good advice abot what products you need as well as colour matching for you on their website.

I used Leder pfledge, ordered from ebay.de and they shipped it over. I have a seemingly unusual interior colour code (Q2VI - Violet) which looks great, but no one in the UK could provide me with a touch up kit for it.

It was about £12 delivered for a small bottle, which goes a long way!

the colour match looks good to me!

This would be the walnut equivalent of what I used in violet;

http://cgi.ebay.de/LEDERFRESH-LEDERTONU ... 336929e520

when you check out you can get a cheaper postal option making the total cost 13.49 euros.

Get some leather cleaner & protector as well to finish it off, and you should get very decent results without spending silly money.
