Airbag light and seatbelt tensioners

Has anyone tried to put the ingition on with seats disconnected? Will the airbag light come on because of this?

I removed the seats because I'm doing an audio system upgrade + theft alarm installation.

I'd like to test both systems before putting everything back together but t

Yes the airbag lights will come on with the seats disconnected, If you do this you will need a reset tool to remove the light.
