Reiger Front Splitter

Post by g8jka »

I know of a few people on here who have fitted a Reiger lip to their front bumpers. I have one that needs fitting but wanted to find out if there is an easy way of doing it before I try.

There is holes in the splitter for the screws supplied to go through but is it a case of clamping it up to the bumper and drilling the holes with it in place or better to clamp it on the bumper, mark the holes and then drill them?

And also how were they sprayed, on or off the car?

- Clamp to bumper
- Drill Holes
- Remove to paint
- Re-fit

Thanks Yalden!

Its as simple as that then, will try and have a go tomorrow dependant on weather. I thought it may need spraying on the car as its very flexible on its own.

Did you have yours sprayed separate and what sort of cost would you reckon it would be?

Mine was sprayed separately, it's hard to give a price as I had other work done at the same time but I'd expect it to be between £50 and £80.
