Is this the most expensive Z3 ever?

Spotted this on PistonHeads while idly mooching.

Phew, beautiful engine, but too much for me. Any guesses at the insurance?

That's been up for sale on and off for ages........it may be a wonderful car but it should be half that price if he really wants to sell.

Judging by the other prices there, I think you're right - especially in the middle of a recession.

To answer the original question, the answer is no. The hartge Z3m coupe has also been for sale for years at an even higher price :rtm:

I like the look of the Hartge coup :? And it doesn't seem too badly priced looking at the others available. No sunroof though and I need wind in my hair 8-)

Phew, what an awesome machine. Totally useless though - the insurance would be beyond mere mortals.

What a beautiful car! The price seems like it includes "compensation for emotional distress" - the owner doesn't really want to give up his toy!

I like the similarly prised Cobra better though. :thumb:
