Post by z3 pete »

Hi All, can anyone help me, i am looking to remove the hardtop fitting kit from my Zed, as i am trying to sell the car but i am finding it difficult to get a reasonable offer with the hardtop included, but i am not sure how difficult it is to remove the fitting kit and how the electrics connect to it,
is there any diagrams / instructions i can get, any help would be appreciated.

will i need to fit any trim to cover where it has been inside the car.

Some info here but a search of the forum should find more. The drivers side is far easier to remove than the passengers side.

Thanks Freds dad, it seems simple enough i will give it a go this weekend, not going to need to refit it, the hard top and fitting kit will be for sale when i have removed it.

Best Regards Pete.
