Front disk, pads and caliper kit

Post by John1950 »

I spotted this on E-Bay today:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BMW-316-318-3 ... 3ccb295ed0

As I have a 2.8 with OEM standard brake set-up, can anyone advise me if these are worth changing too?

Thanks

Well, the front disks are very near needing replacement, the callipers look old and rusty and the pads are getting low so I thought 'do it all in one go'. I was also thinking of using Hammerite paint on the callipers to prevent rust but I'm not sure if it's heat resistant enough.
