Anyone tried a rear window from ebay?

Post by -Matt- »

Maybe this is old news here but I just came across this link and perhaps someone will find it useful:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/130629448629? ... 26_rdc%3D1

£72 for a zippered rear window. Not sure how much these are from the dealer but this probably offers quite a saving. Anyone tried one? The ebay feedback seems quite positive.

EDIT: I should have put this in the z3 specific section, perhaps a mod could move it for me.

Mod Edit: Moved.

Thanks to the mod who moving this for me.

By the way, the same seller also offers tinted rear windows. Not sure how this would look.

Sounds good, a BMW one would cost twice that price, I know I've had two :(
I suppose we shall have to see how long it lasts in our lovely weather :)

... :D Off topic, but the item above about the little green tree air freshner reminds me of the drunk Irish guy who was stopped weaving all over the road, and asked why he was weaving so violently...his answer was he was avoiding the trees that kept jumping in front of him....t'was the "little green air freshner tree...
