What on earth is Gummi Phledge?

I've looked in my local Homebase and also in Tescos but can't see it.

I'm not quite sure what I'm looking for.

Does it come in a tube? or a box? or a tub?

I was going to ask an Assistant but they'd probably think I'd lost my marbles.

So where can it be bought?
