Take a look here: http://users.belgacom.net/bmw_z3/bmw_z3 ... vidual.htm

The Orinoco is a dark teal green/blue and the Fiji is a spearmint green.

Have a look under the bonnet at the suspension struts, near side shows the colour, offside shows the manufacture date :)

I have an element of 'M-styling' on my car, If that's a good enough reason for the manufacturers to adorn a 320 with the M badge, then its certainly a good enough reason for me..

What colour is the metalwork inside the bonnet? If it is not a dull silver, then the car has likely been resprayed. The sticker on the front suspension strut tower may also still indicate the original colour, though these can be replaced (or faked, as I know one car that said "muchacha rosada" on the label!). More likely the ins. company database is a load of cobblers and it is just an ordinary Z3 with a free choice from the extras list.

Cheers R.
