I have a '99 2.8 and was wondering if there is a pollen filter in the car.
If there is, can anyone tell me it's location please and how to change it?

Yeah, it's called the soft top!

In the Z3 no, but I have a friend with a late model convertable Mustang that has a pollen filter.

I think the 3 series has under the panel beneath the wipers but wouldn't expect the Z3 to have one unless it had aircon?

Agreed the 3 series does. There is also a tickbox on `Evidence of work pages ' but this is written for numerous models.
It should probably just refer to air con as stated above. I had my heater intake grill and wiper assembly apart last year and there was certainly no filter present.
