Have just set ny zed up for winter. Had to turn the heater up from cold for the 1st time since about march as it's starting to get cold now (was down to 12 degrees on Wednesday !)

Time to up the concentration of the screenwash. Reading the back of the bottle I can go for pure screenwash which is good for -63C, or dilute it 2 parts water to 1 part screenwash for a tropical -28C...

I opted for 2 to 1, as if it gets to -63C, the oil in the sump will have frozen and I won't be going anywhere.

Cheers R.

Winter tyres now on, so it will probably get warmer.
