Z3 1.9 exhaust

Can anyone reccomend an aftermarket rear silencer with either an oval or double tail pipe which does not require any modifying of the bodywork. I have seen one advertised but it says body mod needed. Thanks

Don't all the aftermarket ones have an oval tailpipe as standard?

Think your right. Was hopefully going to source a twin pipe alternative. Which system do you reccommend?

The cheapest. If you want twin pipes, just chop off the oval one and attach an aftermarket twin pipe trim. Otherwise you're into having a custom box fabricated.

If you are willing to go stainless i.e not cheapest - then Cobra do a standard oval pipe (I've got one on my 1.9) or Longlife will make you a custom built single or twin. No body mod needed but expect to pay ~£325 to £380 for cat back.

If you go cheap on ebay take care - there are many stories of units not fitting or hanging too low.
