Broken CD changer

Hi I bought my z last year with a broken cd changer and have replaced the whole audio system from the HK to Focal using a Alpine head unit with CD player. When I took the CD Changer out I noticed there was CDs still in it, Is there a way of getting them out?

You can apply 12v to the relevant wires and use the eject button (assuming it's not faulty to the extent that it won't work at all). I have done this in the past using a battery charger to give the 12v.
