Anybody know this 2002 Z3 3.0?

I looked at a very nice blue Z3 3.0 with a claimed mileage of 50,000.

The HPI came up clear but the mileage was "not recorded".

The car has had six previous owners.....has anybody on here owned it?

Any information would be much appreciated.

Looks like l am out of luck with this one.

I guess many Z3 owners either never join this forum, or never return after they sold their Z3.

Multiple ownership isn't unusual on convertibles as a lot of people buy them as a toy for the summer and sell them on,they also as general rule have lower mileage than most standard type cars, so it could well be all good and correct but don't hold me to it, do all the relevant checks. Try getting in touch with the previous owner on the log book to get some history.

The previous owner of my M contacted his local BMW garage and they were able to trace all the work done on it (in BMW garages) via the vin number. They werent able to reprint the original receipts but the brekdown meant it has a comprehensive list of work done with dates. cost and mileage.

Too late, l bought the car.

It seems a good one, the electric hood does not work but l am not bothered about that, l will repair it sometime.
Everything else seems OK, even the aircon.
It was overdue a service, but l've done that myself.

It is Topaz Blue with cream leather seats and black interior, which l think looks great.

Tried but it keeps saying "file too big"

I tried to upload a photo but first it said the " file was too big" so l reset the phone camera to low res and tried again. Only to get a message this time saying the picture was "an invalid filename" and "the extension was not allowed"

By which time l had lost the will to live.

Yep same as mine apart from you will have 800cc worth of horses more than me and a slightly different blue
