Where is the Avatar image tab?

Where is the Avatar image tab?
Hi to you all out there. I have searched through my profile page and settings page and cannot see any means of inserting an image with my forum ID,what am I missing please?
Happiness is a well kept Z3 and preferably running with the hood down - weather permitting.

Click on 'User control panel', then select the 'Profile' tab, then click on 'Edit avatar'.
