Heartily recommend Carcoons - I have one for my TR

But isn't it a bit early in the year?

Shhhhh! ......keep the noise down

Personally right now mines still off here there and everywhere while the temp says 18° top down, and on late run back from work top up, heater on slightly plus heated seat on.......snug as a bug! :thumb:

nooooooo :)
how can you do that - the pleasure of driving with the hood down, the heater and heated seats on with snow all around you is fantastic!
mine is used all year around - it has to work for a living - the only concession is that as soon as I start getting moisture inside the cabin cover goes on over night...

how can you banish it!

Mine comes off the road at the end of October and comes back out to play at the beginning of April. Can I ask how much I'd be paying for one of those? Never seen one before. :)

Cheers
Dave

Thanks for that. Not a bad price if your wanting to treasure your old car. Might look a bit if a bugger under my carport! :)

Cheers

I used to drive the MGB with the hood down in winter - no choice, it was my only car! So the Z3 is far warmer...

Carcoons can be used outdoors as well as in - though it might be a different version...
they are very good

I keep looking at Carcoons, but they aren't really suitable for my garage. They do strike me as being easier to get the car out of than the car cover and fluffy blankets that the frog currently resides under. I was looking at a new design at the Footman James show last weekend which has a metal frame, so it stays supported when you open it and let the air out. The zed stays on the road yearround and will get its hardtop put back on for winter at the end of next month. Can still take the frog out for a top down run if we get some nice weather.

Cheers R.
