1997 Z3 2.8 - Vibration under hard acceleration

Any ideas on what this could be? It only seems to do it after a few minutes of abuse. It's also more pronounced when going up a hill. If feels like it is coming from either the diff area or mid (prop bearing). The car does not vibrate when driven normally.

I replaced the propshaft guibo flex disc thing when the clutch was done 3 years ago so that's out of the question.

I thought the LSD had a problem on ours which has also had a vibration under load. LSD found to be ok so now looking at prop shaft bearing.
