how to change rocker panels

Anyone got any instructions on how to do this? Just got some brand New panels painted, and looked pretty basic forward to swap them with the old, But now it looks like i have to detach the trunk and skirts front and back to get off the screws holding the panels plus some of the screws holding the roof.

This cant be right, or?
