Not that I have ever found satisfactory... I also have a trolley jack and it's always been a PITA jacking the front... end up using the side jacking points..

Re: Jacking up front
Ive followed the arm that the wheels are on and used that before now - dont know the name of it but someone will
Re: Jacking up front
Might be the front subframe, but that is quite far under. I jsut use the jacking points and the wishbone "ears" to put axle stands under.

Drive it onto some wood planks. I have a plastic drain can about the same size as a 10l water container and this fits under on it's side when on two pieces of 6x2.

Sounds about right... It's rock solid and works perfectly... I do have to drive it onto planks first though to get the jacks under with it being loweredc_w wrote:Might be the front subframe, but that is quite far under. I jsut use the jacking points and the wishbone "ears" to put axle stands under.
Re: Jacking up front
Or buy a Pela oil pump,Fantastic bit of kit and dead easy to use
Re: Jacking up front
Hi if you are buying car ramps you might want to add on a pair of ramp extentions . The z's are low and could catch the front spoiler. And to catch the oil I use an old plastic oil can with the side cut out easy
Hope this helps
