Z3 2002 Steering wheel adjustment

I have just purchased my first Z3, and the owners hand book is missing I have ordered a nwe one, but in the mean time can some one tell me how the heck do you adjust the steering wheel possition??? :dunce:

Sorry, but you don't.

BMW made the seat VERY adjustable so they reckoned they didn't need to provide an adjustable steering column. Most would agree that's a bit cr@p!

It's really not ideal, but you do get used to it.

Try playing with the seat adjustment more (especially up and down) and you'll get there eventually.

Thanks Alfie, BMW have not seen my Wife who is about 5ft 2in, or they would have provided some adjustment, but the Z3 stayes, anyone in the market for 5ft of bottled trouble!!!!
