Usually HB4 and HB7, check the glass at the bottom of the headlight, it will be there.

I vote for Philips Diamond Vision 5000k (you need to see if they are street legal in the UK)

Taken from Philips site:-

Features and benefits

• The colour temperature of these bulbs is 5000K
• The colour and brightness of the headlights in the visual is not an actual representation of Philips headlights
• The whitest upgrade available
• The Philips Diamond Vision bulb does not offer a greater light output but provide a white light for enhanced styling
• Philips Diamond Vision H7 Bulbs are not road legal in the EU

However in 2 years time maybe!!

I used Osram night breakers and they are brilliant.

I previously used Osram/Sylvania Silverstars and am now using Ring 100% brighters. They make a significant difference on low beam. The only thing to watch out for is that these kinds of bulbs sacrifice longevity for brightness, and in my case I actually had both fail at the same time.

Have always put Osram night breakers in all my cars(apart from the ones with hid fitted) and never had a failure with the light output far better than Oem.
