Koolflyer's first job of the season

Post by Koolflyer »

Last year I spent what seemed like an arm and a leg, plus a lot of time, on a nice new soft top, shocks all round, chasing a leak, replacing sump gasket after an annoying oil drip plus various other jobs. So this year it's going to be lighter on my pocket (I hope). First job is now completed, and that's the 3M headlight refurbishment. This is a job well worth doing but don't be shocked by what you see on the initial sanding with P500 & P800 papers, they do get better after buffing! Next job is disc clean up and caliper repaint.............in theory that's it but I bet it's not!

Clear headlights always lifts the looks of a car, bet it was quite a satisfying job after seeing the results. How is Rocky Daves Zed? Are we being treated to another aviation orientated cruise this year?
