Going Topless

Post by mich »

Traveling home from my BMW dealer, the repairs taking longer than expected, meant that the last 80k were in the dark. It was cold, the hood was down, heater going max heat, Fan set at 3, just the experience that you enjoy from a roadster.
Now I do have a wind screen fitted "the fine mesh type" but the back of my head and neck was getting decidedly chilly from the back draft that did get through, the speed was only 90-100k. however I did increase up to 130-140k where the road permitted and this provided a good example of how the aerodynamics alter with a change in speed, because virtually no more back draft!!!
I was wearing a peek type of golf hat with the open back, obviously not the right hat, which makes me wonder , What type of hat do you wear when going topless???
