M roadster Suspension help

Post by mavric »

My M roadster has been lowered before I bought it I now want to put it back to original road hieght, Easy enough you might think. but I have just been on to the dealers to order standard springs and they have quoted me 3 to 6 months delivery for rear springs. I am going to use Blinstien shocks. But has anybody got any idea where I can get standard hieght rear springs from. :(

I would try German Swedish French or Euro car parts

Also worth posting up a wanted thread in the Stock Exchange section on here (and Z3coupe forum) as people may have done the reverse and have OEM springs lying around they don't really want

If you get really stuck, try some E30 rear springs and some E36 M3 fronts

Id happily do a trade for your aftermarket springs but I'd need them first ;)

Hi Alan here. I have full set OEM shokes and springs and ARB for M roadster all in good working order. With out 1 rear spring I give to my mate for his car. You are welcome to them for a small fee. Make me a offer. You would have to pick them up from A580 / M6 leigh lancashire Or if not to far and you are stuck I would deliver for petrol money (60 miles or so)
