Keeping the rolling radius in check

Post by shantybeater »

Highly considering a set of winter wheels or just a second set whilst I get my LM's shiney.

I've come up with an idea but it involves either 7.5" or 8.5" fronts and 10" rears with a 17" diameter.

What tyre sizes would be best?

Perfect thanks, looks pretty minor if I make them 255 on the backs and either 225 or 235 up front :)

Got a long way to go before I'm at your level Jon haha I do keep eyeing up schnitzer type II's on eBay though!

Now where's my wheel whores sticker ;)

P.S should be picking up my new 'winters' this weekend, never seen these sizes fitted to a zed before but I reckon they have potential! They are as close to the roadstars as you could get I reckon

They are quite rare so will post up more info when the deal is done. Offset is very close to stock on the rear and if all goes to plan the fronts will be in the 40's
