Thanks buddy..... I actually went for a walk around my garden today - all of 100 meters...

Impressive Barry. I keep my walking down to the bare minimum, seen too many people my age getting new hips and knees. They all do that jogging thing, catches up with you in the end. A good run in the Z gives me all the cardiac exercise needed. All the best and I wish you a speedy recovery.
